Beginner Yoga
A grounding Hatha-style class, perfect for those new to yoga or anyone craving a slower, more mindful practice. Focus on building strong foundations, breath awareness, & alignment, with gentle movement and moments of stillness.
Great for: complete beginners, older adults, or those easing back into movement.

Dynamic Flow
A strong, creative Vinyasa class that builds heat, strength, and focus. Expect energising sequences, playful transitions, and opportunities to challenge yourself while staying connected to your breath.
Great for: anyone who loves to move, sweat, and feel empowered on the mat – all levels welcome.

Yogalates
A fun, feel-good toning class inspired by yoga and pilates. The perfect mix of strength & zen. With 3 options for each exercise this class is suitable for everyone. You choose your intensity and go at your own pace.
Great for: anyone wanting to build strength, mobility and confidence.
